The checks we run on every project before a group enters. Go through them before signing with any developer, with us or without us.

01 · Bank financing
A bank examined the developer and the budget, and money goes into a closed escrow account.
02 · A guarantee on every shekel
A bank guarantee or insurance policy on every payment, per the Sale Law.
03 · Price linkage
What the remaining payments are linked to, and whether the linkage can be capped.
04 · Late delivery
What compensation the contract sets, and the developer's actual delivery history.
05 · The technical spec
What's really included: kitchen, A/C, parking, storage. Anything unwritten is an extra.
06 · The developer himself
How many projects delivered, at what delay, and what handover inspections found.
07 · And only then, the price
A good price on a weak project is a bad deal. Price is checked last.
